To have courage for whatever comes in life — everything lies in that.

Regina Coeli are extremely proud to be a part of the pioneering curriculum development work carried out by the Chartered College of Teaching. The Chartered College of Teaching prides itself on empowering the teaching profession and is dedicated to bridging the gap between practice and research to equip teachers with the knowledge and confidence to make the best decisions for pupils.
The Rethinking Curriculum research project is a long-term curriculum development project focussed on building knowledge and skills within the English primary sector. Only 6 schools were selected in the country from over 1200 applications. We have been recognised for the curriculum development work that we have been doing here at Regina Coeli. This puts us in an extremely privileged position, contributing to the research base for the sector.
Through this work we will be working with other experts in their field to co-design and develop resources and professional development that can be used on a much wider scale.
Regina Coeli’s focus is to secure key knowledge for pupils in History and Geography and define assessment practices that support this.
We will be contributing to blogs and reflections that you will be able to find on the Rethinking Curriculum homepage.
